Listerbrook Manner was an original structure which consisted of a house approximately 1600 sq. ft with an additional 800 sq. ft of unfinished 1st floor. The grounds consist of a Lot with a heavy growth. Upon retiring in 1996, Christopher F. Goad, Sr. set out on a 2 year project to renovate the property as well as add an additional 4600 sq. ft to the 2400 already in place. This project would not only require a 2 year time investment, but would also require an investment of almost $1,000,000.00 This web site contains the result of that investment. It will be impossible for us to show you all the little details that went into this project for they are too numerous to mention. However, we can assure you that the greatest attention was paid to every detail during the construction. Having said that, no corner was cut, no expense spared.
