The bar was custom built by Mr. Goad. The glass blocks are backlit with pink neon lights. As can be seen an abundance of store space is located under the bar as well as a built in refrigerator and high capacity ice maker which makes 22 lbs of ice per day. 12 bar stools are located at the bar and around the room. A sink is also located at the end of the bar. Located on the back wall is glass shelving in front of mirrors for the storage of alcohol and is mirrored for a decorative appearance. Smaller decorative mirrors accent the side wall located at the end of the bar. A 19 in. color TV is located behind the bar and receives signal from cable television as well as satellite. The bar rail has made of solid oak the bar top is tiled to match the floor in 2 in. tiles. The glass rack is located at the top of the shelving which houses the complete glass collection. Track lighting also accents the alcohol shelving and recessed lighting is directly over top the bar area as well as throughout. The foot rest on the bar is made of oak and scallions located around the lower area of the bar. Behind the glass blocks is an array of specially positioned pink neon lights which accents the look of the room. The bar is 26 ft. Located at the end of the room is a built in entertainment system including a 35 in. Pro Scan TV which receives signal from cable TV as well as a satellite receiver, a JVC VCR, an Onkyo surround sound receiver, a CD-player, and dual tape deck. Positioned at the entertainment system are 4 speakers, a center speaker and a subwoofer. For complete surround sound two rear speakers are built into the wall in the middle of the room on the opposite wall. The leather sectional sofa is easily turned around to allow for nice size dance floor. The room is also emphasized with matching black four member dental crown molding and chair rail. In addition to the recessed lighting throughout the room there are also three halogen decorative wall lights. Located off the room is a half bath as well as the billiard room. The room has four sliding glass doors which lead to the patio and swimming pool area. The value of any items or furnishings not desired will be deducted from the cost of the house.
